I wanted to post a quick message on this blog before I hand it over to the folks now in charge of Central. I greatly enjoyed my time as Chief at the Central Library. I was honored to be selected as the Chief a few years back and to work with such an exceptional and dedicated staff everyday. I truly miss holding open meetings with staff. I learned a lot from those meetings and greatly enjoyed them. I loved working with a staff who was open to pursuing new and innovative ideas. I will miss being Chief of Central. However, I know that the Central Library is in the hands of extremely capable people.
I truly want to thank all of you for making my time as Chief of Central so enjoyable.
